  • Whole millet – 11/2 cup
  • Gluten-free rolled oats – 2 cups
  • Shelled pistachios – 3/4 cup
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes – 1/2 cup
  • Honey – 1/2 cup
  • Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Fine-grain sea salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Dried cranberries – 2/3 cup

Directions To Prepare

1. Take a large sized glass bowl and fill it up with 1/3 rd cup of boiling water. Put millet into it and cover the bowl for 30 minutes. Once the millets are soaked, remove the plate and check. The millets should have become tender by this time.

3. Now take a small saucepan and heat it over a medium flame. Put oil, honey a pinch of salt into it and let them blend together well. Stir the ingredients well to form a sauce. Mix it with the mixture.

4. Take a baking dish and spread the millet mixture evenly into it. Bake the mixture until it turns golden brown. This should take 20 minutes. Take out the mixture and let it cool down.
