  • 125 ml of fresh apple juice
  • 130 grams of plain yogurt
  • A cup of rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 30 grams of chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon of dried  blueberries
  • 25 grams of chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
